GUYA DARK kann mit kochendem Wasser zubereitet werden. Der Tee wird nicht bitter, auch nach sehr langen Ziehzeiten. Nach ca. 10–15 Minuten sind die meisten Wirkstoffe in das Wasser übergegangen. Eine längere Ziehzeit intensiviert den Geschmack etwas.
Bei einem Cold-Brew empfehlen wir eine Ziehzeit von mindestens 6 Stunden bis hin zu 12 Stunden. Optimal ist eine Zeitzeit über Nacht von 8 Stunden.
Our organic Guayusa tea DARK is a unique further development of our PURE Variety. We dry the freshness Guayusa Leaves over a significantly longer time than we do at PURE do.
This creates an oxidization and fermentation of the leaves. Like black tea, the leaves color dark, but unlike black tea, our organic becomes Guayusa As a result, tea sweeter and fruity, even slightly caramely in taste. The earthy grass note, as with PURE, decreases.
